• Understand required product testing for your category (e.g., safety, chemical, or textile compliance)
• Check optional or voluntary testing for claims like “eco-friendly” or “hypoallergenic”
• Confirm labeling and care instructions meet regional regulations

5. Technical Design

• Create a tech pack or spec sheet -  the blueprint your factory will follow
• Include product dimensions, measurements, and tolerances
• Define all materials, trims, and finishes
• Attach reference images or sketches
